After more than thirty years as General Counsel of listed companies such as L'Oréal (22 years), the Club Méditerranée Group (4 years), and Thomson SA/Thales (8 years), Yannick Chalmé continues his career at Deloitte Société d'Avocats as Managing Director-Of Counsel.
He has been involved in numerous large-scale projects in France and abroad, particularly in the field of mergers and acquisitions and litigation. Among his achievements as head of L'Oréal's legal department, Yannick has been involved in a vast program of transformation of the function, including an important digital component.
Within our Legal department, he assists legal departments in France and abroad in the organization and transformation of their operational models. Based on his considerable experience in legal departments and his in-depth knowledge of their strategic issues, he is able to address all the challenges they face by adopting the most appropriate solutions.
