Sophie Blégent-Delapille, Partner, is Managing Partner of the French Deloitte Tax & Legal Practice.
She advises French and European international groups on their growth strategies, business models and international expansion.
Based on data analytics and strategic development objectives, her aim is to ensure tax security and competitiveness. Her assistance combines the entire branch of Deloitte expertises, such as IT technology tools specialists, transfer pricing experts, legal specialists and consultants.
Furthermore, Sophie has developed a strong expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions, either with investment funds or major companies. She assists her clients on multi-country business units cessions (carve out), acquisitions structures and post-acquisition restructurings in order to ensure an efficient integration of operations.
Since 2021, Sophie is the DCE Member Firm Tax & Legal leader (over 20 countries in EMEA).
