Mikaël Eveno

With 14 years as a Partner and his experience at the head of the Regional Direction of a large business law firm, Mikaël joins Deloitte Société d'Avocats to develop and lead the Deloitte Private offer, tailored for business leaders.

He works mainly with SMEs and mid-caps in the industry, distribution and service sectors. He advises his clients on French taxation, taxation of operations and international flows, but also on more exceptional operations (M&A, due diligence, private equity, etc.).

He has also developed strong expertise in personal and property taxation for associate executives and their families in a French and international context.

In this context, he intervenes on behalf of managers and their families to optimize the ownership and transmission of their private and professional assets.
