She has developed over the last 15 years a strong expertise in M&A transactions.
She advises groups and private equity funds on their buy-side, sell-side and investment transactions in France and at a cross-border scale (due diligences, drafting and negotiation of the related contractual documentation).
She is also in charge of implementing legal digital tools for her practice.
