Hervé is the Partner in charge of the Digital & Innovation legal practice within Deloitte Société d'Avocats. He assists clients in the private and public sectors with their digital transformation projects drawing on such technologies as AI, the internet of things, Blockchain, Cloud or RPA, etc.
Hervé also helps his clients manage regulatory risks relating to digital transformations, data protection, the implementation of complex IT systems or their operation, in particular in the Cloud via managed services, hosting or third-party maintenance providers, both in Europe and internationally.
He has been designated as DPO with the CNIL, has lectured Telecommunications law at Paris II university and chaired international outsourcing committees.
