Grégoire Madec, Partner, has over 20 years of experience in corporate tax.
He mainly assists multinational groups in the definition of their tax strategy as well as in the management of their tax affairs. He has extensive experience in managing and coordinating cross-border projects, notably tax due diligence, tax structuring, pre or post-acquisition restructuring, strategic transfer pricing and business restructuring projects.
He also regularly assists clients during tax audit and litigation procedures
