François advises companies for their day-to-day tax affairs and exceptional transactions (reorganizations, M&A and overseas operations).

François has been a partner since 2016 and has more than 15 years of experience in corporate taxation.

He advises companies (mid-size companies and large groups) in the management of their current tax affairs as well as on the occasion of their exceptional transactions such as, in particular, the restructuring of their legal organization chart (merger, demerger, partial contribution of assets), their M&A operations, either buy and sale sides (tax due diligence, structuring, modeling) and in support of their development abroad.

François relies on a team of experienced practitioners and on the network of Deloitte tax specialists abroad in order to provide global and integrated solutions.

François has notably developed an expertise in the renewable energies sector as well as that of the media.
