Benjamin advises French companies and international groups on the development of their business strategy and investment funds in the context of M & A operations.
He mainly works in commercial law, designing and negotiating complex contracts (joint ventures, consortiums, large partnerships), distribution law (distribution networks, franchise law, central purchasing/listing, licensing, platforms), and antitrust law, representing his clients before the civil and commercial courts in the context of commercial litigation.
He also conducts legal due diligence work in the context of M&A transactions, generally on behalf of investment funds.
