Ariane Châteaux, Partner, has more than 30 years’ experience in corporate tax. She regularly advises the tax departments of multi-national groups, mainly French and listed, on the design, securing and execution of their tax strategy. She assists her clients with their transformation operations (internal restructuring and M&A)
She has developed a specific expertise in the management and the coordination of international transversal projects.
Ariane regularly works with the different services lines (M&A, Transfer Pricing, Tax Accounting, Compliance, Indirect Taxes, R&D, Patent Box, Subsidies, Tax Controversy, Global Employment Services, legal and labor law) of the Deloitte tax network abroad, and with the law firm Deloitte Société d’Avocats in France.
