Thibault Jézéquel, Director, is part of the firm’s business law team. He is specialized in banking and financial regulations.
For the past ten years, he has been assisting financial institutions (credit institutions, investment firms, payment institutions, management companies) and their intermediaries in tackling the legal, regulatory and compliance issues to which they are exposed.
Thibault is involved both in consulting (structuring regulated entities, organizing operational schemes, designing compliance systems, reorganization operations) and litigation (AMF, ACPR, ECB and AFA).
In addition, he has acquired real expertise in the creation and distribution of banking and financial products and investments funds (including real estate funds).
Before joining Taj in 2021, Thibault Jézéquel practiced law in French and Anglo-Saxon law firms.
