As a lawyer, Marie Waechter advises debtors, or their partners, on restructuring and insolvency matters.
She also advises the firm’s client on the negociation, implementation and, as the case may be, enforcement of fiducie agreements (french equivalent of trust).
Before joining Deloitte Société d’Avocat, Marie was part of the restructuring team of a french law firm and worked for Equitis Gestion (a management company specialized in fiducie) for five years, notably as deputy director.
