After being a partner in a Business Law cabinet in Rouen, Lucie joined Deloitte Société d’Avocats in 2022, as a Director within the Restructuring department.
She intervenes in every field in Insolvency Law:
- Alongside the company in difficulty: diagnosis of the situation of the company/group to determine possible recovery solutions – debt restructuring in an amicable framework (conciliation and ad hoc mandate) – construction of the settlement of liabilities plan.
- Alongside a buyer of a company in court, by preparing files for the takeover offer.
- Alongside shareholders/leaders in order to determine the risks and organize the defense of theirs interests as part of action in liability or the involvement in surety bonds
- Alongside the creditors of the company in difficulty: asset recovery, assistance in restructuring operations, negotiation of securities.
