Pascal Boher, attorney at law and member of the International Tax team, has over 15 years of experience in international tax. He notably spent 2 years in New York as the head of the "French Desk" at Deloitte. Pascal primarily assists international groups in structuring and developing their activities in France and abroad. He also supports them in complying with their tax obligations and in handling tax audits and tax litigations.
Pascal has also developed a strong mutual cooperation with the US and European Deloitte network.
